Each item we ship may have different delivery times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. For example, we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won't fit in there.
Customs Fees Notice
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
Size exchanges are not accepted by The Printful so please email email@example.com to arrange an exchange. Please do not send exchanges to The Printful.
Products sent for exchanges must be in resellable condition. They must not have been washed and free of odor.
Shipping costs to us for exchanges are at the buyer's expense.
